On Twitter, users post their own opinions about what they feel in their daily lives. For this reason, it is used as a means of improving products and services by gaining public feedback, such as word of mouth and reviews. It is also used not only for products and services, but also to understand interact when trying some kind of initiative promoted by companies and governments.
