(Software-Defined Radio over Fiber)」を提案している．SD-RoFは，SD-RoF スイッチと SD-RoF エッジで構築された SD-RoF ネットワーク，SD-RoF ネットワークの接続を切り替える SD-RoF コントローラ，無線送受信機を組み合わせることで低遅延性・広帯域性を有する Radio over Fiber (RoF) のネットワーク化を目指している．本稿では，その 1 構成要素である光スイッチと電気スイッチを組み合わせた SD-RoF ネットワークを提案する．多様なサービスに対して広帯域性・低遅延性を保証するために，SD-RoF ネットワークではユーザの要求に応じて光パスである RoF 経路を適応的に割り当てることが重要となる．これを実現するために，筆者らは elastic RoF module を設計・実装した．Elastic RoF module は特殊で高価なデバイスが必要となる光領域での周波数変換および合波を電気領域で実施することで，RoF 経路の適応的な割り当てを安価に実現する．実機実装を通して周波数 2.4-2.5 GHz において，帯域幅 20 MHzの 無線信号の周波数変換・合波を実現する elastic RoF module を約 10 万円で実装できることがわかった．また，実機実験から elastic RoF module の導入による無線通信性能 (Carrier to Noise Ratio: CNR) の劣化量は約 10 dB
