• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 東京農工大学（以降，本学）では新型コロナウィルス感染拡大に伴い他大学と同様にオンラインでの授業展開を実施している．また，後期にはオンラインと対面を併用するハイブリッド授業も展開された．これに際して，授業の鍵となるのが Web 会議ツールであり，当然のことながら本学でも Web 会議ツールを全学的に導入し，運用を行っている．前期には限られたリソースの中で展開していくため，すでに展開している G Suite に含まれる Google Meet を中心としたシステムに，シスコシステムズ社が無償提供した Webex を加えて利用できる形とした．後期については Google Meet プレミアム機能の無償展開が終了するにあたり，どのようなシステム構成とするかを学内で検討・決定の上，現在のシステム構成となった．後期向けシステムの構築に際しては，システム契約から運用開始まで 1 ヶ月を切る期間（3 週間程度）で行う必要があったことから，非常に短期間でシステム構築を実施する必要があった．本稿では，本学のオンライン授業展開に向けた Web 会議ツールの構成について，前期・後期向けについてそれぞれ挙げ，さらにはそれらシステムの構築における構築担当者が本当は実現したかった構成と実際に限られた期間の中で構築できた構成，これらについて概説する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In response to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT), like other universities, has been offering online classes. In the second semester of the year, a hybrid class that combines online and face-to-face classes was also provided. The key to these classes is the use of web conferencing tools. In the first semester, in order to implement the system with limited resources, we operated a system which mainly utilized Google Meet included in G Suite, which we had already implemented. In addition, Webex, which was provided free of charge by Cisco Systems, was added to the system. For the second semester, the free deployment of Google Meet premium functions has ended, and the current system configuration was decided after the internal committee discussed and decided what kind of system configuration to use. The implementation of the system for the second semester needed to be done in less than a month (about three weeks) from the time of the system contract to the start of operation, so it was necessary to implement the system in a very short period of time. This paper describes the configuration of the web conferencing tools for the first and second semesters, respectively, and outlines the configuration that the system builders really wanted to achieve and the configuration that they were able to build within a limited period of time.
