 ンタカーの利用拡大により，駐車違反や交通事故の増加など，様々なトラブルによりレンタカー事業者の運用コストが増大している．そこで本研究では，我々がこれまで提案してきた車両の走行データ収集基盤を用いて収集したデー public transportation, high maintenance costs of private cars, the expansion of the sharing economy, and the appearance of inexpensive rental cars, vehicles’ utilization is being reviewed as a daily means of transportation for consumers. The traffic trouble increases with the utilization extension of such vehicles, and it becomes a social problem as well as the traffic accident of the aged driver.  On the other hand, by  the utilization extension of the rental car including foreign tourists’ utilization, the rental car business’s operation cost increases by various troubles such as the increase of parking violation and traffic accident.
