 note = {本稿は，ブロックチェーン技術を用いたスマートコントラクト・プラットフォームを提案し，スマートコントラクトの適用領域についてブロックチェーン・エコノミーの 3 層構造モデルに沿って論じる．提案法は，ブロックチェーン技術と従来型 IT で汎用されるデータベースとを併用し，コントラクトの証跡をブロックチェーンに記録する構成を採用する．提案法によって，スマートコントラクトの適用領域は，履行に必要最小限の強制力を与えることであることを示す．併せて，スマートコントラクトの定義について，歴史的観点および標準化策定の観点から整理し，スマートコントラクトに対する過大な期待の背景を考察する．, This paper proposes a smart contract platform based on blockchain technology and discusses the application domain of smart contracts along with the three-layered model of a blockchain economy. The proposed method combines blockchain technology with a database used in conventional IT and records the evidence of the contract in the blockchain. With the proposed method, we show that the application domain of smart contracts is to provide the minimum necessary enforcement for performance. This paper also organizes the definition of smart contracts from the historical perspective and the perspective of standardization, and we discuss the background of excessive expectations for smart contracts.},
