• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 2001 年に情報公開法が施行されて以降，中央省庁において情報公開制度が運用されている．情報公開制度は，開示請求者から請求を受けて公共機関が情報を開示する仕組みであり，開示請求を行わんとする者に対して制度についての情報の提供が必須とされる．ここで，情報公開法に基づき制度が運用されている中で，各組織で情報提供に差が生じている可能性がある．そこで本研究は，日本の中央省庁の Web サイトに着目し，サイト上での情報公開制度にまつわる情報提供の現況を確認した．その結果，日本の 1 府 11 省 1 庁では，同一の制度についても，その情報提供に差があることが明らかとなった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Since the Information Disclosure Law came into effect in 2001, the information disclosure system has been in operation at central government ministries and agencies. The information disclosure system is a mechanism in which a public institution discloses information upon receiving a request from a disclosure requester, and it is essential to provide information about the system to a person who intends to make a disclosure request. Here, while the system is operating equally based on the Information Disclosure Law, there is a possibility that there is a difference in information provision among each organization. Therefore, this study focused on the websites of central government ministries and agencies in Japan, and confirmed the current status of information provision related to the information disclosure system on the websites. As a result, it became clear that the central government ministries in Japan have different information provision even for the same system.
