• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: SNS の利用者は，自分の死後にそのアカウントに何らかの手続き（残す・削除）を行うか，あるいは放置しておくことになるが，手続きを行うのであれば誰かに委託しなければならない．本研究では，Twitter，Instagram，Facebook の利用者である 10 代から 70 代の男女を対象にアンケート調査を実施した．死後の自分の SNS アカウントは 3 割が放置，6 割は削除を希望しており，それらの手続きを頼みたい相手は一般的な相続人と想定される「パートナー」「子」が上位に挙がったものの，SNS のメインアカウントであっても存在を認識しているのは 2 割程度であった．サブアカウントではさらに少ない．生前の文脈や相手を踏まえた上で，死後のアカウントの手続きを行う仕組みの検討が必要である．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Users of social networking sites will either perform some procedure (leave or delete) on their accounts after their death or leave them alone, but they must entrust it to someone else. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey among male and female users of Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook in their teens to 70s. Thirty percent of the respondents wanted to leave their SNS accounts unattended after their death, and 60% wanted to delete them. Although "partners" and "children," who are assumed to be general heirs, were the most common people to ask for these procedures, only about 20% of the respondents were aware of the existence of their SNS accounts, even for their main SNS accounts. The number was even lower for sub-accounts. It is necessary to consider a system for post-death account procedures based on the context and partner before death.
