recent years, the number of foreign visitors in Japan is increasing rapidly. It is urgent to provide a tourist information tool which can substitute with a part of concierge's work. We developed a tourist information chatbot with image AI which works on a smartphone. We also conducted a field test at a railway station for foreign tourists to evaluate usefulness of the chatbot.
