In this research, we will provide food and drink information, especially the taste of food, and the information of “deliciousness.” We focus on the sizzle word, which is a phrase that expresses the taste of food, such as “mochi-mochi” and “crispy.” The sizzle word is used to express taste in product packages, advertisements, and word-of-mouth information. If it is possible to extract the sizzle word from the word of mouth information of the restaurant, it is possible to express the taste information such as the texture and the smell of the dish which is offered in the restaurant easily comprehensible, and provide it as information which becomes reference of the shop selection. In this study, we have developed and experimented with a restaurant information recommendation system “Fluffy search.” In the evaluation of Fluffy search, we conducted an evaluation experiment to search for restaurants using the proposed system for the validation of effects of sizzle words. The findings of this study are summarized in the following two points. (1) The sizzle words are useful in the restaurant search systems because they can convey the delicious information of restaurants.
