 note = {視覚障害者をはじめ様々なユーザーにとって，各種の情報デバイスや E コマースサービスの活用は，快適な情報の授受や物品の売買が可能になるという点で将来性が強く期待される領域である．一方で，アクセシビリティが確保されない場合にはそれらの技術やサービスが情報デバイドの要因になり得るのもまた事実であり，当事者の実際の利用状況やアクセシビリティに関する課題の把握が重要である．このため本研究では，視覚障害者の IT 技術の活用状況，特にオンラインサービスの利用状況を明らかにするため，アンケート調査を実施した．結果，集まった 145 件の回答から，全盲者および弱視者の E コマースサービスにおける物品売買の利用率や購入品目などの現状，情報デバイスの利用状況，サービスの利用時の困難等の実態が明らかになったので報告する．, While the existing information technology has several challenges in terms of the low accessibility for visually impaired people, it can become a promising tool which encourages them to actively participate in the society with appropriate technical development. In this study, a questionnaire investigation is performed in order to clarify the current state of the information technology and the online services utilized by the visually impaired people. As a result, 145 answers were collected. The data revealed the current state of the electronic commerce services used by the visually impaired people such as the ratio and the items of buying and selling, the status of utilization of the information devices, and the difficult points while using the services.},
