of Experience）の低下が懸念される．この課題の解決策として3GPP（3rd Generation Partnership Project）で議論されているセッション単位で特定の通信フローをオフロードするIP Flow Mobilityが挙げられる．筆者らは移動透過性技術であるNTMobile（Network Traversal with Mobility）をユーザ空間で拡張することでカーネル空間の改造を不要とした通信断絶の無いIP Flow
