• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: オフィスにおいてフォーム（管理表、帳票）は業務の遂行や意志決定のために非常に重要なメディアである。本報告では利用者が望むフォームのタイトルを入力すると、そのタイトルに基づいて、フォーム知識ベースを使用してデータベースのデータを自動的に加工することにより目的のフォームを生成するオフィスフォーム自動生成方式を提案する。本方式の概要と、フォームの生成ルールや生成元フォームの推定ルールを集めたフォーム知識ベース、フォーム生成に柔軟性を持たせるために同意語や言葉の属性が記述されたオフィス辞書、及び、フォーム処理用の高機能言語であるフォーム変換言語について述べる。さらに、フォーム自動生成の例を挙げる。本方式の実現により、利用者がフォームを処理する際の大幅な負担軽減が計れる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In offices forms are very important media for communication, decision-making and information expression. We propose a method for generating office forms (reports) from databases automatically. By this method, users can obtain forms very easily and promptly by giving only the title of the form that is desired. To embody the automatic form generation, three components are proposed; a form knowledge base, an office dictionary, and a form transformation language. The form knowledge base represents form generation procedures and form relationships. The procedure is described very simply for each form group. The office dictionary contains information on synonyms, expressions for data computation, etc.m, which make the form generation flexible. The form transformation language is a very high level language for describing the form generation procedure. These features reduce the description for form generation considerably and make it much easier for novices to process forms, compared with traditional programming method.
