Exchange Online を用いた全学基本メールサービスを提供しているが，歴史的経緯から，それとは独立に学部や学科，研究室などで各自のドメイン名に対する独自のメールサービスが多数運用され，メールアドレスが発行されている．しかし近年は，独自運用のメールサービスでセキュリティ上の問題が起きることが多く，また，セキュリティ対策の負担も増加している．そこで九州大学では，独自発行メールアドレスを維持しつつ，独自運用されているメールサービスを全学基本メールサービスへと集約する取り組みを進めている．本稿では，Exchange Online
