These systems make it easier to give the same desktop environment to users at anytime, however, they are cost-intensive and need our own server management. In order to solve these problems, we have adopted Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) , a cloud-based VDI service on Microsoft Azure, as a next-generation VDI solution. In this report we show the background of implementation of WVD, our service configuration and WVD performance at our university.
