 note = {近年ではオンライン会議ツールの進歩が著しく，様々な組織で会議の開催コスト削減に活用が行われている．一方で，学術研究会議のオンライン会議ツールの利用は，以下などの理由により，個々の組織でのオンライン会議ツールの活用とは異なる難しさが存在する．(1) オフラインの利用説明会を開催してオンライン会議ツールの事前習熟を行うことが難しい．(2) 質問者と回答者の身振りなどの質疑応答を円滑に行うための助けとなる情報の欠落の影響が，特に面識の無い人間との質疑応答では大きな問題となる．本論文では，2020 年 3 月の新型コロナウイルス感染症 (COVID-19) の脅威のもとで実施したオンライン学術研究会議の運営を通して得られた知見をまとめる．, Due to advancements of online meeting tools, many groups effectively utilize them to reduce operation cost of meetings. However, to adopt them to academic research meeting, there are many difficulties compared to online meeting in individual organizations due to following reasons. (1) We hardly to open offline pre-training of online meeting tools to participators beforehand. (2) Discussions are done among persons who do not have prior acquaintance so that disadvantage due to lack of posture which helps smoothness on discussion becomes a big problem. In this paper, we conclude knowledge obtained in online academic research meetings held on March 2020 under threat of novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).},
