In order to realize these, accurate information of topology showing connection relation between network equipments are required. However, the network of a telecommunications carrier has hundreds of thousands of equipments, and topology changes frequently occur dueto daily construction and troubleshooting. In addition, it is difficult to automate the recording of all these topology changes. Therefore, it is difficult to keep the topology information correctly, and it brings a need for an automated solution to discover the network connectivities.. In this paper, we propose a method that can discover thetopology between equipments with the alarm information issued by the equipments during construction and equipments fail.
