(Scale-Invariant Feature Transform) を用いて染色体の部位であるセントロメアとテロメアを検出する．次に，検出された部位間を接続する DNA に対するスコア (信頼度) を，青成分の値を用いて行うスコアを計算する．最後にセントロメアやテロメアの特徴点としてのスコアと DNA のスコアを用いて，染色体画像全体に対するグラフを構築して，グラフ分割により個別の染色体への分割を実現する．実験では，セントロメア・テロメアの検出の再現率と精度の評価，及び染色体全体としての再現率と精度を評価した．その結果，セントロメアでは 82.3%，テロメアでは 95.6%の精度を，染色体の検出では
