Until now, research on non-task-oriented conversation systems has created evaluation items using questionnaires in accordance with the development goals of each system. For this reason, it is difficult to make a comparison between systems, and the reception from users has been neglected. Therefore, we proposed an behavior index that measures (1) user comfort, (2) naturalness of conversation, and (3) humanity of conversation. As a result, it was shown that the comfort of the user can be measured by the length of the conversation time.
