report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8787","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年，研究公正のため研究データの適切な管理や公開に注目が集まっており，既に一部の資金配分機関や出版社においては論文の根拠となる研究データの公開を義務付けている．また，ビッグデータ活用の流れから生まれたデータ中心科学の考え方においては大量のデータの収集・分析が必要であり，大学・研究機関がより多くの高品質なデータを提供する観点からも，研究データの管理と公開が課題である．ここで，研究データ公開においては従来の論文を公開する場合とは異なる問題が発生する．例えば，個人情報を含むデータの処理や知的財産権に係るデータの戦略的な公開 / 非公開の決定，適切なクレジット表記や研究データ固有のメタデータの付与が挙げられる．学術機関において，これらの問題に対応するための研究データの取り扱いに係るポリシーや公開基準，公開のための手続きなどの明示はこれからの課題である．本研究では学術機関における研究データ公開までの判断や手続きの実施，またそのための組織作りを支援するために，既に多くの学術機関で実現されている機関リポジトリでの論文のオープンアクセスの業務ワークフローをベースとし，研究データを公開するための業務ワークフローを策定した．策定の際，研究データ公開のビジネスプロセスにおいての課題と考えられる「法倫理的問題のリスク回避」「再利用方法を適切に示すメタデータ付与」の二点に注目し，研究データ管理基盤や公開基盤との連携も考慮しつつ，データ公開の際に研究者自身が注意するべき点と，大学図書館や事務組織などによる支援体制の整備が必要となる部分を示した．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Recently, scholarly information discipline is focusing on appropriate research dat a management and research data publishing from the perspective of research integrity. Some research funds and publishers have already required to share the evidence data. Besides, in the context of the utilization of big-data, it is necessary to collect and analyze a large amount of data from a data-centric science perspective. Thus, implementing research data management and research data publishing are also challenges for universities and research institutions to provide more and high-quality data. Now, there are some different problems in the case of journal publishing (e.g., privacy policy, open-close strategy related to intellectual property rights, appropriate credit for contributors, and domain-specific metadata description). Japanese academic institutions need to address these problems by establishing a research data management policy as well as developing procedures for research data publishing. In this paper, we develop workflows to publish research data based on existing workflows for institutional repositories (open access repositories). To fit the research data publishing procedure, we focus on the following two points in making workflows: \"to avoid legal and ethical risks\" and \"to add appropriate metadata.\" Also, we take into accounts for linking between the research data management platform and the open access repository platform.
