(ASD) 児とその親のコミュニケーションに，介護コミュニケーション手法であるユマニチュードを導入することで，変化が生じるかを調査した．10 組の親子に対し，親（母親）に対してユマニチュードを 3 ヶ月に渡って 3 回指導した．介入前後の親子インタラクションを 4 台の 360 度カメラで撮影し，アイコンタクトと遊びの時間および頻度を計測した．その結果，すべての親子においてアイコンタクト時間が有意に長くなった．特に，ユマニチュードで重要とされる 50cm 以内のアイコンタクト時間が長くなった．相関解析により，介入前のアイコンタクト時間が長いほど，介入によるアイコンタクト時間の伸びが大きいことが示された．ASD の評価尺度として用いられる SRS-2 対人応答性尺度とアイコンタクト時間の変化を調べたところ，社会的気付きおよび興味の限局と常同行動 (RRB) との間に有意な相関があることが見いだせた．このことから，ユマニチュードの ASD
