に備わっているシリアルリンクにより直接複数の FPGA を接続したマルチ FPGA システムは,低電力で高い性能を実現し,スケールアップが容易である点で有利である.マルチ FPGA の性能を引き出すためには,FPGA 間の通信方式の検討が重要である.そこで,本研究では安価な FPGA から構成されるマルチ FPGA システム,FiC (Flow-in-Cloud) 上でパケットスイッチ方式のルータを開発,実装した.そして実際のシステム上で,FiC システム上で現在運用されている STDM 方式のスイッチと,基本性能を比較した.その結果,2 ホップでの比較でタイムスロット 2 以上の STDM 方式に対しルータの通信性能がレイテンシの面から優れていることを確認した.また,24 台の FPGA から構成されるシステム上で 384 × 384 のサイズの行列に対する共役勾配法を実行し,パケットスイッチ方式は STDM 方式と比較し 1.73
