(Computed Tomography) 画像を用いた画像誘導穿刺である CT ガイド下穿刺が広く利用されている.CT 画像では,体のどの部位についても範囲にほぼ制限なく画像を取得できる.このため,CT ガイド下穿刺では,体内のすべての部位にあるターゲットに対して理論上は穿刺可能であるが,穿刺可能な範囲の制限,医師の修練期間の確保,および CT スキャンにおける被曝線量の増加といった課題が挙げられる.筆者らの研究グループでは,京都府立医科大学大学院放射線診断治療学講座と共同で,CT ガイド下で様々な方向からの穿刺を補助する CT ガイド下穿刺補助システムを提案しており,筆者らは穿刺センサデバイスの設計および実装を行っている.本研究では,CT ガイド下穿刺補助システムにおいて体内の針先の位置情報を推定する手法を提案する.提案手法では,赤外線センサを用いて手術中に取得した医師の手の位置情報をもとに,穿刺針の針先の位置を推定する.評価では,提案手法をもとに実装した穿刺センサデバイスのプロトタイプを用いて,穿刺針の位置情報の精度および医師による有用性を確認した.精度評価実験では,提案手法で推定したユークリッド距離と CT 画像上のユークリッド距離の誤差を測定し,最大値は 2.451mm,最小値は 0.670mm,平均誤差は 1.813mm となり,医師が事前に設定した誤差 5mm
