Accordingly, document development must also adapt to agile methods and the principle of satisfying users' requirements. While software development departments now promote agile and UX-based development processes, the focus is primarily on program development, and there is a lack of methodologies to support document development. In response to this, by optimizing information from \"user tasks\" extracted using the UX requirements development method, we developed and tested a manual development approach for agile development environments that makes it possible to create \"documents that reflect user value\".
