WebRec has a function that allows learners who has encountered some kind of troubles to send a “help” signal to learning support staff such as teachers and teaching assistants, and at that time it also sends a 20-30 seconds of a screen capture video just before the signal is sent, which can be shared among the staffs. This feature will make it possible to confirm what was happening on the computer and what the learner was doing just before the learner encountered a stumbling or trouble, which is expected to lead to more efficient and effective learning support.
