 note = {本論文では，著者らが開発した，コンピュータを活用する学習活動におけるつまずき時のサポートを指向したPC画面キャプチャツールWebRecを提案し，授業実践を通した評価について報告する．WebRecは，学習者が何らかのトラブルに遭遇した際に，教師やTAなどの学習サポートスタッフへ“ヘルプ”シグナルを送信する機能を持ち，同時にシグナル送信直前の数十秒のPCキャプチャ映像を記録し，スタッフ間でその映像を共有できるという特徴を持つ．これにより，学習者がつまずきやトラブルに遭遇したとき，その直前にコンピュータ上で何が起こっていたか，学習者が何をしていたかを映像で確認可能とすることで，より効率的かつ効果的な学習サポートが可能になると考えた．本論文では，開発したWebRecの概要を紹介し，また実際の授業へ導入した結果を分析することで，WebRecの技術的な実用性を示すとともに，「トラブル直前のPC画面を記録する」手法がもたらす学習サポートの有用性について議論する．, In this paper we propose WebRec, a PC screen capture tool aimed at supporting users struggled during learning activities using computers, and report the evaluation of the tool through classroom practices. WebRec has a function that allows learners who has encountered some kind of troubles to send a “help” signal to learning support staff such as teachers and teaching assistants, and at that time it also sends a 20-30 seconds of a screen capture video just before the signal is sent, which can be shared among the staffs. This feature will make it possible to confirm what was happening on the computer and what the learner was doing just before the learner encountered a stumbling or trouble, which is expected to lead to more efficient and effective learning support. This paper presents an overview of the developed WebRec and analyzes the results of its implementation in actual classes to demonstrate its practicality and discusses the usefulness of “recording the PC screen just before the trouble” for learning support.},
