Assistant（TA）による学生への声掛けは，質問をためらう学生や支援を必要とする学生の学習理解を促進する上で重要である．先行研究におけるゲーミフィケーションを用いた声掛け促進システムでは，重要性の低い学生に対して声掛けを推奨することでTAのエンゲージメントが低下する可能性が示唆された．本研究では，学生の成績予測を教授者支援システムに統合し，要注意学生を可視化することで，TAによる声掛け行動を促進する手法を提案する．理工系大学1年次のプログラミング演習を対象に，過去2年分の学習ログを用いて成績予測モデルを構築し，学生属性，確認問題得点，課題提出物のファイルサイズ，欠席・未提出回数，授業時間外学習量などの特徴量を用いた．提案システムでは，要注意学生を予測成績が低い順に提示するとともに，座席表を成績水準に応じて色分け表示する．6クラスを対象に成績予測を提示する条件と提示しない条件を比較した結果，学習支援に積極的なTAにおいて，声掛け件数の増加や要注意学生への声掛けの焦点化が確認された．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicPageEnd":"7","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"研究報告コラボレーションとネットワークサービス（CN）"}],"bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2026-03-02","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"13","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"2026-CN-128"}]},"relation_version_is_last":true,"weko_creator_id":"80578"},"created":"2026-02-18T02:58:53.675692+00:00","updated":"2026-02-18T02:58:57.550651+00:00"}
