Each interviewer takes on a role of deep-diving into the participant's strengths: one interviewer explores motivations and values, while the other scrutinizes contradictions and specificity. This approach allows for the multifaceted clarification of the participant's strengths, providing strength labels, references to supporting statements, suggested re-answers for improvement, and goals for the next session.
