school networks established to realize the GIGA School Concept in Japan face many challenges and require improvements. We have designed and built a performance measurement system for assessing school networks. This system consists of measuring device installed at each school, a function for collecting and storing measurement data, and a function for visualizing the results. To confirm its effectiveness, measurement devices have been installed at 44 locations in Higashihiroshima city's elementary and secondary schools, and data is being collected continuously.
