report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8787","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"災害時の避難所運営において,人の出入りや混雑傾向といった場の状態を把握することは,安全確保や資源配分の観点から重要である.一方,カメラ映像や個人情報に基づく監視手法は,プライバシーや心理的負担の観点から避難所環境への適用が難しい場合が多い.そこで本稿では,個人を特定せず,人数推定を目的としない非侵襲型センシングに基づき,避難所内の人流状態を把握する手法を検討する.提案手法では,Webカメラを用いるが,映像解析はOptical Flowによる動き情報の抽出に限定し,人物の外観や行動の追跡は行わない.加えて,Wi-Fiプローブ要求および受信信号強度情報(以下,RSSI)を用い,端末や個人を識別することなく,周辺環境の変化を統計的に観測する.これら複数の観測結果を時間軸上で統合し,相互の整合性に基づいて動きの発生状況を判断する信頼度指標(Movement Confidence
