(IoV)の発展に伴い,時代や地域の壁を越えられる柔軟な接続方法の実現が求められている.さらに,複数の通信回線を活用することにより,特定の事業者に依存しない通信手段を確保する技術の確立も重要な課題である.本研究では,特定ベンダや独自の実装への依存を避けるため,3GPPにより標準化されているATSSSに基づき,複数のNon-3GPPアクセス回線を使用して複数回線を柔軟に利用可能とする技術を提案する.また,ATSSSにおけるSteering the advancement of the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), vehicle communications require flexible connectivity that can overcome differences in time periods and regions. In addition, leveraging multiple communication links plays a key role in establishing communication methods that do not depend on specific operators. In this study, in order to avoid dependence on specific vendors and proprietary implementations, we propose a traffic steering approach based on Access Traffic Steering, Switching, and Splitting (ATSSS), standardized by 3GPP, to enable flexible use of multiple Non-3GPP access networks. We also design and implement an Active-Standby steering mechanism, which is one of the steering modes defined in ATSSS, and evaluate its operation. Experimental results obtained from a testbed environment demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves the flexibility required for IoV.
