Its use is also widely observed on our campus network (KyutechWi-Fi). However, from a network management perspective, connections using Private MAC Addresses present challenges such as making device identification difficult. Moreover, previously, it was assumed thatMAC addresses were unique per device, allowing for a straightforward calculation of the average number of devices per user.
