This method is expected to enable rapid word entry. However, conventional gaze swipe input suffers from the limitation that longer words require proportionally more time to input, necessitating word prediction before all characters are fully traced. Existing word prediction techniques, however, typically assume a finalized input string, making them unsuitable for gaze swipe input, where words must be inferred from the shape of gaze trajectories. To address this issue, this paper proposes a gaze swipe text input method that enables word prediction based on partial trajectory matching. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves an input speed of 7.74wpm and a top-3 accuracy of 87.5% in text entry.
