ロボットの社会進出が急速に進む現代において，人と同じ環境を利用可能な身体構造を持ち汎用性が高い等身大ヒューマノイドロボットが，今後一般社会に普及していくことが予想される．アニメなどの影響で人型のロボットに親近感を抱く日本人は，ヒューマノイドロボットに対してパートナのような役割も求めると考えられる．人とロボットが協調・共存するためには，ロボットが人に親しみやすい存在になるとともに，人がロボットの存在を考慮に入れた社会を築くことが重要である．本論文では，将来におけるロボットとの関係性や規範を考える契機となることを目指し制作したメディアアートとして，ロボットとの恋愛や子孫繁栄が可能な未来を描いた「Robot Love」，人とロボットが身体的な触れ合いを行う「Electric World」の2作品を紹介し，それらのコンセプトや概要および等身大ヒューマノイドを活用したシステム構成について説明する．また親しみを感じるロボットシステムの構築を目指し，展示会での評価実験を通じてヒューマノイドロボットの動作におけるどのような要素が人に安心感を与えることにつながるかを検証した．その結果，強すぎると感じる接触動作は人に緊張感や不安を与えること，ロボットと触れ合った経験の少ない人に対しては密着しすぎない方が安心感を高められること，ロボットと触れ合った経験に応じて動作の密着度を変えることが好ましいことが示唆された． |

Robots have rapidly made advance into society in recent years. It is expected that life-sized humanoid robots, which are versatile and have same body structure as human are widely used in society in the future. Japanese people who have affinity for humanoid robots due to the influence of animation are likely to expect a role like a partner to humanoid robots. In order to cooperate and coexist with robots, it is important that not only do robots behave friendly to human but human build a society which takes the existence of robots into consideration. In this thesis, we introduce two works of media art which we made good use of the life-sized humanoid robot to make an opportunity to consider the relationship and the norm with robots in the future. In “Robot Love”, we imagine and express the future that human can romance and leave offspring with robots. In “Electric World”, people can communicate with robots by touching. Through the exhibition of the work, we researched what kind of elements in the action of humanoid robots could give humans some peace of mind with the aim of constructing the human-friendly robot system. |
