However, such excitement cannot be expected to occur from simple draws and ordinary games, and incorporating ingenious ideas will increase the labor of preparations and management. In this paper, we propose Facelot, an ad hoc lottery system which utilizes face detection and face attributes for entry of the lottery, aiming to realize a lottery system which can excite all participants while it needs no preparation and is easy to understand. Facelot has an easy entry system with face detection, and is designed to enhance its entertainment property with dramatic presentation of the lottery and psychological effect of face expressions.
