this study, to approach the challenge of “maintaining patients' motivation to exercise” in exercise treatment for orthostatic dysregulation, we propose a exergame for adolescents with orthostatic dysregulation (OD) to make exercise fun and enjoyable. We created a 2D side-scrolling action game to be played on smartphones. The game is synchronized with exercises that can be done in a lying or sitting posture. We have 14 high school students with OD to exercise for a short time with and without the game, and compared the emotional changes before and after the exercise, rate of perceived exertion, exercise intensity, and fun of exercise. In addition, we collected their impressions of our exergame, points they would like to be improved.
