In it, I tested a method that employed the capabilities of generative AI to convert the text found in any particular classical literary document into a hiragana text normalized in conformity with the rules of standard historical kana orthography. Identifying the various challenges involved in developing such an automated normalization process, I also considered whether such an automation is currently even feasible.},
