• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: システム化の進展やシステムの多様化・複雑化によりシステム運用業務の負担は増大している．本稿では，クラウドサービス利用による事業会社におけるシステム運用業務の自動化・効率化への影響・効果を明らかにする．さらに，システム運用業務の改善に向けての課題を抽出し，その解決に向けた考察を行うことが目的である．クラウドサービスを利用する効果は限定的であり，改善に向けて事業会社のITサービス全体の業務プロセス・構成するシステムの最適化が必要であり，ビジネスニーズに影響を与える環境・技術変化やクラウドサービスへの期待水準についても議論すべきであることが示唆された．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The burden of system operation tasks is increasing due to the advancement of systemization and the diversification and complexity of systems. This paper clarifies the impact and effects of utilizing cloud services on automating and streamlining system operation tasks for business companies. Furthermore, it identifies challenges for improving system operation tasks and examines approaches to resolving them. The benefits of using cloud services are limited; improving these tasks requires optimizing the overall IT service business processes and constituent systems within the company. We should discuss environmental and technological changes affecting business, as well as the level of expectation placed on cloud services.
