• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ボットによるWebサイト全体またはその一部の走査を防ぐ目的で，ロボット排除標準が設定されることがある．ロボット排除標準は，Webサイトのルートディレクトリにrobots.txtというテキストファイルを置き，そこに指示を記載することで設定される．ロボット排除標準は自治体のWebサイトにおいても設定されるようになっている．本研究は，日本の町村のWebサイトに焦点を当てて，ロボット排除標準の設定状況を明らかにするものである．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Robot exclusion protocol is sometimes set to prevent bots from crawling an entire website or part of it. Robot exclusion protocol is configured by placing a text file called robots.txt in the root directory of a website and listing instructions within it. Robot exclusion protocol is also being set on local government websites. This study focuses on the websites of Japanese towns and villages to clarify the status of Robot exclusion protocol settings.
