To solve these issues, this paper presents a combined system that improves speed, reliability, and security at the same time. The system uses Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) with adaptive modulation to increase data rate, Automatic Repeat reQuest (ARQ) to make transmission more reliable, and RSA encryption with Diffie-Hellman key exchange to keep communication secure. MATLAB-based simulations show that the system gives better throughput and reliability under different channel conditions while also providing strong data protection.
