 note = {国立情報学研究所（NII）では，学認参加を支援する施策の一環として，学認対応Identity Provider（IdP）ホスティングサービスの事業化に向けた実証実験を進めている．本稿は，その第2期実証実験における導入フェーズを対象に，参加機関へのアンケート調査結果に基づく分析を行う．第2期は2024年8月に開始し，2026年3月末まで実施予定である．参加機関数は第1期の3倍以上に増加し，各機関の準備状況に応じて2024年8月から12月にかけて段階的に導入が進められた．調査結果からは，IDaaS型サービスによるIdP導入・運用の容易性が多くの機関で高く評価される一方，学内での周知や調整の難しさ，SAML設定に伴う技術的負荷，連携先Service Provider（SP）の数や対応状況のばらつきといった課題が明らかとなった．本稿では，これらの知見を踏まえ，学認対応IdPホスティングサービスの今後の展開に向けた課題と改善の方向性を考察する．, As part of its initiatives to support participation in the GakuNin Academic Access Federation, the National Institute of Informatics (NII) has been conducting a pilot project aimed at the commercialization of a GakuNin-compliant Identity Provider (IdP) hosting service. This paper analyzes the status and challenges observed during the implementation phase of the second phase of this pilot project, based on a questionnaire survey conducted with participating institutions. The second phase began in August 2024 and is scheduled to run until the end of March 2026. The number of participating institutions increased to more than three times that of the first phase, and deployment was carried out in stages from August to December 2024, depending on each institution's application and preparation status. The survey results indicate that the ease of introducing and operating IdPs through an Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) model has been highly valued by many institutions. However, challenges have also been identified, including difficulties in internal communication and coordination, the technical burden associated with SAML configuration, and variations in the number of connected Service Providers (SPs). Based on these findings, this paper discusses the issues and possible approaches for the future development of the GakuNin-compliant IdP hosting service.},
