The Trail Making Test (TMT) drawing test is widely used as a low-cost and simple cognitive function evaluation method, but it is a paper-based test, and there is a challenge that the useful drawing process for evaluation is not sufficiently utilized. In this paper, we propose a prediction technology for the presence of symptoms of dementia using drawing process data that has become available through the digitalization of the TMT test. Specifically, we construct TMT test images reflecting the drawing process and use Vision Transformer as an image classification model.
