recent years, opportunities for companies and organizations to share data across international and cross-industry boundaries have increased in response to growing social challenges. However, concerns regarding the risk of confidential information leakage and the transparency of data use remain significant issues. This study focuses on the usefulness of data spaces as a framework that enables both the promotion of data sharing and the protection of data sovereignty. Furthermore, it introduces a conceptual design and application examples of a trusted data-sharing infrastructure developed by NTT, utilizing IOWN PETs and Data Sandbox technologies to enforce data usage control.
