Many generative AI services prohibit using their output as training data for new networks, as it would exploit valuable statistical information without reasonable cost. It is reasonable to prohibit the use of valuable statistical information obtained at high cost without a fair cost. However, there is debate about protection of style when AI learns human artistic styles. Most opinions suggest that this does not infringe on current copyright law. If the use of AI-generated output is prohibited by terms of use, authors may rely on license terms rather than copyright to protect their style. This may leads hollowing out copyright. To contribute to this discussion, we interpret the network parameters obtained from learning these works as points in a multidimensional space and consider their distribution relationships.
