Our approach, based on self-experimentation, features IF-THEN plan recommendations, user situation score-based adjustments, and problem-solving consultations. We implemented these in a habit formation app and evaluated it with 15 participants. Results showed that users created behavior plans linked to daily activities like work, bathing, and commuting.
