variability of renewable energy challenges the stable electricity supply, calling for a new system that manages surplus power and balances the grid. This study proposes a power-balancing system that uses autonomous EVs for energy storage and transport among small microgrids, in combination with a fixed supply from the grid. We have developed a multi-agent simulation to analyze the interactions between decisions made by EVs and dynamic pricing by charge points within a model region.
