In this study, we quantified the relationship between “seeing” and “being seen” among participants as “amount of face-to-face contact” for a five-person decision-making meeting. The relationship between the amount of face-to-face contact and the amount of speech by individual participants was examined. In an environment with a high degree of freedom of spatial movement (poster environment), where the entire room is used, a positive correlation was found between the amount of face-to-face contact and the amount of speech, indicating the possibility of inferring the willingness to participate in a meeting from the amount of face-to-face contact. On the other hand, in an environment where the meeting materials were gathered on a table and participants' movement and division into subgroups were suppressed (table environment), an inverse correlation was observed between the time spent looking at others and the time spent being looked at, suggesting that the participants' standing positions were fixed to some extent. The consensus building process of the meeting was also examined. In the poster environment, the opinions of some participants tended to be relatively respected, while in the table environment, consensus building tended to take place with everyone giving in to each other.},
