The first draft of the Code of Conduct was published on November 14, 2024, and was discussed by the AI Committee and the European Parliament's joint IMCO-LIBE working group, in addition to receiving feedback from the public and generic AI model providers. The resulting document is the second draft, published on December 19, 2024.
