 note = {欧州のAI規則（AI Act）には汎用AIに関する規定が含まれ，汎用AIの行動規範に関しては，専門家によるワーキンググループが設置されている．行動規範の第一草案は2024年11月14日に公開され，一般及び汎用AIモデル提供者からのフィードバックを得た他，AI委員会や，欧州議会のIMCO-LIBE合同作業部会でも議論された．その結果公表されたのが2024年12月19日に公表された第二草案である．本発表では，この，欧州汎用AI行動規範第二草案の内容を検討し，我が国でも進むAIに関する法制及びこれに基づく実務の展開に関する示唆を得る．, The European AI Regulation (AI Act) contains provisions on general purpose AI and an expert working group has been established on a code of conduct for general purpose AI. The first draft of the Code of Conduct was published on November 14, 2024, and was discussed by the AI Committee and the European Parliament's joint IMCO-LIBE working group, in addition to receiving feedback from the public and generic AI model providers. The resulting document is the second draft, published on December 19, 2024. This presentation will review the contents of the second draft of the European General AI Code of Conduct and provide suggestions for the development of AI legislation and practice based on it in Japan.},
