年 1 月に，前澤友作氏が Twitter 上で懸賞企画 「前澤お年玉企画」 を実施した．これに関連する 697 万件の投稿の約 10% が，フォロワー数 0 人の 「捨てアカウント」 によるものであった．捨てアカウントの属性，活動の様態，投稿内容をそれ以外と比較して，捨てアカウントの特徴とそれを使ったユーザの動機を考察した．災害や選挙と異なりこれまでの文献で扱われてこなかった，参加に高い自主性が求められる出来事の特徴の一端を明らかにすること，日本で広く普及しておりデマなどの拡散にも関係するが実態が明らかになっていない捨てアカウントを理解する手掛かりになることが，本研究の意義である．分析の結果，希薄なフォロワー ・フレンド関係，特定の相手への情報発信，捨てアカウント内での情報の伝わりにくさ，という他の事例でも共通し得る捨てアカウントの特徴を抽出した．本事例で捨てアカウントが使われた動機は多くの場合前澤お年玉企画への応募のみで，懸賞企画一般への応募が目的の場合もあったが，社会的ネットワークの構築が動機であるものは見られなかった．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Approximately 10% of nearly 7 million Twitter statuses related to the \"Maezawa New Year's Gift Project\", a prize contest on Twitter held by Maezawa Yusaku in January 2019, were posted by \"disposable accounts\", accounts with no followers. We investigate the characteristics of disposable accounts and users' motivation for using them through the analysis of their user attributes, posting activities, and content of statuses. We found that disposable accounts have poor friends-followers relationship, post statuses directed to a specific account, and have trouble receiving information on Twitter.
