• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 学習経済は，急速な社会変化に順応して行くための新しい学習モデルであり，ブロックチェーンにより学習者の「学び」を仮想通貨で取引し，市場原理に基づいた，学びの保証と評価を行う学習モデルである．学習経済では教師や学校ではなく，学習者自身が報酬を得る点が従来の教育制度とは大きく異なる．学習者に対する学びの報酬は，学習者に主体的に知識を獲得する強い動機付けを提供し，従来の学校では実現することのできなかったスピードで，知識の獲得と更新が可能となることができる．本稿では，学習モデルとしての学習経済を提案し，そのプロトタイプによる実証実験の結果を報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The learning economy is a new learning model that trades the learner's "learning" with virtual currency using blockchain guaranteeing and evaluating the learning based on market principles. In the learning economy, neither the teacher nor the school receives the reward; only the learner itself, which is a substantial difference from the existing education system. This new system enabling to receive compensation in virtual currency for learning can provide a strong motivation to learners to gain knowledge proactively as well as to acquire and update knowledge at a speed that could not be achieved in traditional schools. This paper proposes a learning economy as a learning model and reports the results of demonstration experiments using the prototype of the learning economy model.
